Pandaria MOP problem connecting

hello every one :)
a few days ago i started playing in frostwolf(mist of pandaria). i used to play wotlk on ragnoras. and it connected very well (and still connects without any problem)
but when i connect to frostwolf it gets stuck on "connected" screen and doesnt load my character lists...
when i login to site , it says that i was connected from germany (which i was not )
i can only play with vpn which makes my latency crappy.
without vpn i cant get my character list. it just stays on "connected" screen
i turned off my firewall... turned off my antivirus,,, i did every thing but it still stays the same way...
any one has any idea ?

TL-DR:
You can successfully log-in on Ragnaros, Lordaeron, Blackrock
You can NOT log-in ( stuck on "connected") on all other Warmane's Realms.

A workaround? using a VPN
