Pandaria Will Gilneas/Lost Isle ever be fixed?

I was helping someone a few days ago on the Graymane Manor mission, he said the game reset/disconnected him, it was obviously because everyone gets booted from the realm on reset, after we logged back in, I saw my friend on map, but I could not see him.
I told him to retake quest but he could not find the npc and was stuck. He made a ticket for wanting to continue to quest in Gilneas, but instead, they sent him to Stormwind City.

What I'm getting at is if Gilneas is being looked at? The only evidence I got from my friend was that he got disconnected during the reset while on a vehicle, the only vehicle in Gilneas being a Bat, a Horse, and the Carriage that brings you down from the manor. Wondering if vehicles in phasing zones is being looked at, I think it is the main cause of people getting stuck in those zones.

Also is there any mention on Goblin Starter zone on MOP?
