I logged in this morning and was told I have been banned for botting.
I have never botted in my whole life. I have been playing Frostmane for years and have never done ANYTHING wrong; I barely even PvP. Either there was a mistake made, or someone hacked me. In either event, I did nothing wrong. Has this happened to anybody else? I have logged hundreds of hours of play on the server, and have 6 or 7 characters. Can anybody else me with this? What can I do?

when you get ip ban like me, you literally cant even create ticket :D

Same thing happened to me. Logged in after 5 years, noticed I had been banned 34 days ago for botting, with the last IP to access the account being from China. Opened a ticket, they refuse to lift the ban. My other account had a 71 hunter that is now a paladin.

Your case isn't the same thing probably.
One is logging in using a VPN IP that happens to be banned. Those are lifted.
For you, the account was actively used to break rules. It's not a matter of landing on a banned IP, but of your carelessness with account security leading to it being misused and consequently banned for things it was in fact used to do.
