Pandaria Can't log in

When I try to log into MoP Frostwolf, I put in my pass and name and it just pops up "Connected" and stays there, and doesn't take me to the character screen. Anyone know what's up? Or how I can fix it

are you able to log-in with Wotlk or Cata Realms?

I dont play on those so idk. I downloaded a new wow.exe from the download section and ran it, but this time recieved a message that says "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-17898.MPQ: World of WArcraft can't make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World Of Warcraft folder or try running the game in admin mode".. so i ran it in Ad and it did the same thing

I also attempted to launch it from the Wow-Wod-Models launcher and it takes me to the realmlist then says that Frostwolf is offline

Okay, when i went to downloads for Mop it says 5.4.8 and I only have 5.4.2 so thats probably the issue with it all, ill download the newest one
