Technical MoP 5.4.8 .exe problem :/

Dear people,

Since a week or something I have downloaded the 5.4.8 MoP file. BUT, I can´t enter the game with the .exe which is delivered with the new 5.4.8.
It says that I need to run the game as an administrator, so I did -> yet nothing happened.
I did something wrong? I really don't want to re-download this file (which takes me 600 years)
