Technical Stuck underneath the map

I took the wrong ship at stormwind to Vashj'ir when I actually wanted to go to Northrend. I notice I wasn't going to Northrend so I decided to teleport to Stormwind to save time (I'm a mage). After the cast finished I ended up over the sea and started falling and eventually died. Is there a way to get out of this? I used the hearthstone and I click return to graveyard and nothing worked. I play on Frostwolf. So yeah, is there anyway to get the character back? thanks for the replies
