Pandaria Mop wont start.

So im getting this -i just downloaded the mop from https://www.warmane.com/download fresh client and it wont start wotlk and cata starts and runs just fine
but this one gives me this

follow these steps:
1) close your Torrent client
2) move your MoP folder away form your Torrent's download destination
3) right click on MoP folder> Properties> Remove "Read-only"
