PvP on Lordareon.

Hello Guys, is PvP compeletely dead on Lordaeron? I Am thinking about leveling up my Character and i want to go PvP Mainly. Arena ratings, Battlegrounds, World PvP, 3s, 2s. So is it worth to Start on Lordareon for PvP? ive heard that no ones playing PvP. Or should i go back in MoP? Also when i go in Armory i cant see Lordareon there and all the Top arena players and stuff what is the reason for that? Thanks for Reading.

Pvp is not dead, it's "weak", but it's still there. A lot of people do not like it at the moment, because we're at 3.3.5 and we're using mostly Savage / Hateful items unless you're above 1800 Rating then you're in Hateful / Deadly which suck for this patch. Due to gear being that weak, with low amounts of resilience, some combos and classes have advantage over others, also add a few broken things and it affects the Pvp scene.

So yeah, there are many reasons why people do not Pvp at this point and time in the game, 2v2 is still active, there are teams with 2400+ Rating, but 3v3 is quite dead.

Now this is not for certain, but soon, in a month or so, there should be a huge update including Ulduar release, with maybe Wintergrasp + new Arena season. That might bring it more to life then they're now. Some of the Class bugs that affect Pvp will probably get fixed as well, so it will only get better. In my opinion Real Pvp won't start until Relentless or even Wrathful seasons come and by that I mean 3v3 being active up to and beyond 2200 rate.

As for the Armory, it's not yet active on Lordaeron, I'm not sure why, I don't remember much about it from posts, but I think they want to add more information you can get from it and are currently working on improving that before enabling it for us.

So yeah, if you don't mind waiting it out a bit, there should be great pvp coming our way in upcoming seasons.

I see more alliance pvp'ing then I have horde. When I leveled my dk, i hardly ever saw a horde guild recruiting for pvp, but in my experience with Alliance, i've constantly been seeing pvp guilds and people wanting push rating in arena.
