Technical Can't open WoW

I keep getting this error while trying to play Mists of Pandaria (Frostwolf)

It's been happening ever since I downloaded the new version. The minimal client, on the other hand, works just fine, but I don't want to deal with the insuferable loading times, can anyone help me?

And yes I have indeed tried running the game as administrator :P Also, really sorry if I'm overlooking something, I sometimes tend to do that... I have also tried making the folders not read-only, and that failed too.

Follow this steps:
1) close your Torrent client
2) move MoP Folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) Right click on MoP folder>Properties> remove "read-only"
4) now you will be able to play
