Nagrand Arena Last quest bugged?

Hi all!
Is last quest of Nagrand Arena bugged on Nelt? http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9977/th...inal-challenge

Na it isn't. The respawn time on the last boss is like FOREVER ! :P

I've noticed that Mogor will sometimes be in some weird places >_>

Yes, sometimes it might bug out.

what I've noticed is the following:
1. someone does the quest and kills him properly
2. he respawns as agressive to everyone
3a. someone kills him to be able to do the arena quests in peace
3b. 3a loops until 4
4. someone tries to kill him but gets killed instead
4a. mogor returns to his spot and becomes friendly/non-agressive
5. start from 1 again
