Ok so i've noticed this trend on a FEW mobs, I can't pin point which one exactly do this, since not all appear to do so.
I will use my most recent example, of scarlet monastery graveyard where MONKS hit me for 3x200 (all crit) and it was 2 of them doing it (also unlucky with all of them being crits) and non crits being 90-110, but always triple, each of their auto's basically damaged me 3 times, and they are independant, meaning some might be parried, or blocked, while 1 might hit.
my question is: is this a feature?
Note: Also I know the part where sometimes the game doesn't show you the numbers and suddenly shows 2-3 numbers of damage, this is not the case. http://postimg.org/image/6yv0thgrb/
As you can see that was 1 attack.
basically I got hit for 1.3k in less than 1 second, impossible to heal before getting hit again.
Not sure how it's tuned here, but the triple swing is not something that exists only here, but was also a thing on retail, it's a monster ability called Thrash, which gives mobs 2 extra swings. But I have no idea about how frequent it should be or which mobs should have it. I do know the monks in SM are supposed to have that ability.
But yeah it can be really harsh and I've noticed it's pretty bursty here.
Hmm did not know about that...Well they do it each attack, and the only reason i even survive 1 or 2 is because of the 15% dodge change coupled with 5% of parry+block, otherwise I have no idea how I would tank it.
I guess warriors have it easier due to shield block, but damn, its hard, each single attack is that, there's no variation at all, its not a % chance, its every attack...
