Discount code didnt work.

I will like to ask something about the discount code of new year: I did not use it yet, were can I see it to use in a future purchase (sorry for bad english, Im from Argentina). I mean, I try to use it wen I buy the Shadow Edge, but it dont work and it cost me 29 points when there says that it would cost 23 pionts. If I cant get the code back, can I get those 6 points back?
