A quick question for a noob!

I am new to your servers and I am going to be playing on the Lordaeron realm.
My question is do I need to download the regular wotlk client or the "old" client?
I looked around for a bit but couldn't find any information about the difference between the two.

Download the old client the new has updated models which are not complete such as missing hairstyles and causes game crashes.

I've been using the newer one and I crash often in Dalaran, but not really any where else.
