There is alof of things that we are proude of them:
1)Ranks are Same as Reputation Ingame(Neutral>Friendly>Reserved>Exalted) That its comes by your Raiding and Amount of Dkp you earn from your main charecter which u can Get it yourself without any Officer Discuss(Refer to Following rules).There is some more rank SilenceR As Guild master And Assitant as Officer ,PvE Manager and PvP manager AND SPECIAL RANK which is called ''Take a Chiillll!''(Mute on Gchat and block from Speaking And Listenning in guild For raging happens to make them chill some hour,day etc.so we wont kick them on any attemp of rage or fight at first and second point is they learn to fix their issue in whisper of eachother instead of making guild chat full of flaming or rage
2)Loot system is Pretty fair (DKP With Rank priority On maincharecters>Alts) means still maincharecter of new members have priority than alts of gm even in some case.
3)U dont need a Raidleader for raids to get Dkp.as far as u do your raids with your gmate and get ss from Raid id+Ending boss killed you ll earn dkp.
4)Dkp Rate is 1x for northern raids.amounts will be given in each boss kill etc if there will be available ranker.so might someone need to go in middle or something happen then they shouldnt burn them self in some way.like a full icc give u 12 dkp.So we wont play with huge numbers on bids.
5)All Players Should be +18 Year old.Mature players makes Management of things easyer.having hard social rules and Posative behaviors about FAIR PLAY so we can keep going just with patience people
6)Guild bank will be available Soon For every Rank 1tab access as Fair as Its Me.Yours and Other Members bank.Not just keeping some epic To show that how much imba we are
