Yesterday a Death Knight has found the answer as to why you don't get anymore quest in Death Knight's starting area.

Apparently you have missed a slightly unnoticeable 'quest'

This is a quest you get from one and the only mailbox in the zone near a house, and I think also near the pumpkin patch Noth will set up shop on.

After this, you should be able to continue your quest chain

(I believe this should not be a requirement. I have no access to bugtracker through the phone so I can't post and view things there)
