Are you referring to characters lost during Moltdown? They cannot be recovered, and bonuses ended up a long time ago.

Alright! I just got my pc back up an running again.. Sad that I can't be helped tho because I didn't put a time limit on how much I played your servers over the last 5 years.. I'm not wasting my time on this again because I clearly see your players aren't your first priority! Ill take the friends Ive made over the last 5 years to a different
private server that don't have this issue!
