WotLK Recovering account and old accounts

Hello, I would like to recover an old account I had, it was created about a month ago. I don't remember my email associated with that account or the password only the name that I used to log in which was LunaticMare. If someone could give me the e-mail associated with that log in name I would gladly appreciated.

Also is there a way to get an access to all accounts I have created under my IP to have a record of them? Just the log in names will be enough. Thanks.
