1. Login issue with Authenticator

Hello! Today I tried to log in my account after a break (over 2 months) and I was asked to enter an activation key which I should get from my phone's app Google Authenticator. However I have restored my phone several times during those two months and the app was gone, along with the scanned barcode in it. I tried disabling that authentication feature by sending an email to myself from the website, but there's nothing in all my five emails that I usually use for wow accounts, since I don't remember which one of them I used for retrieving my molten account in warmane few years ago. How else can I disable this so I could finally log in and play? I don't seem able to do it with just my account and password... If someone with the appropriate rights could remove this feature from my account that would be great.

  2. It is a security measure, it cannot be removed as such. You will need access to the linked email to receive the message to disable it, make sure to check spam folder.
Furthermore, email can take up to 10min to get to your mailbox.
