Just came here, where should i play?

I am going to play arena mostly, what server is the best for this? I also dont want to spend time leveling so a xp boost would be nice.

Blackrock-Warsong are instant max level and free pvp gear to play Bgs and Arenas, they also have awesome feature that not even blizzard has, all pvp oriented.
All other realms are Blizzklike x7 experiences rate, exept Lordaeron which is 1x rate.

Since you asked for Wotlk then just go Blakcrock, the custom feature are:
1) Arena spectator: you can spectate other arenas match. also arena already eneded with the replay feature.
2) Pick a speck Npc: an npc, you click on what spec you want and in 1 sec you have all gear with gems, enchants and Talents too.
3)Solo que, beside 2s and 3s there are "solo que": it is like a 3s skirmish but with rating, so when you que you always get random arena partners and enemies, all based on your rating/mmr
4) Utility commands like: .utility changefaction or .utility changerace , you can type them in chat to allow you to change race/faction for free.
5) Transmog system based on your higher Arena rating ( yes, you heard well, transmog on a Wotlk server)

Just came back from retail.
They're destroying it with legion turning all classes into 10 keybinds. Well, wanted wotlk becasue the population is huge but eh..... i dont even know where to go to lvl, its so hard to level. mainly, never played wotlk before.
I'm going back to mop i guess. 3K pop is okay... hope it increases
Warmane is the biggest private server industry for wow so.. no worries. Mass quits from retail ppl
