i read somewhere that internal cooldown on windfury is bugged on molten, but it was pretty old post - so i want to ask ....
Is it bugged or not (on lordaeron)?

It was fixed on old realms. I don't think it appeared on Lordaeron (90% sure).

Ok thx... So best weapon imbutes are windfury/flametongue right?

Can confirm Windfury has a ICD on Ragnaros and that WF/FT is a better combination overall.
