    i do not get very well what you want but Frostwolf relam is based on MoP 5.4.8, latest "version" (patch).
    You can downlaod it from here: https://www.warmane.com/download
    "MoP" = a torrent of full 27 GB MoP client
    "MoP minimal" = a torrent of a 16 MB MoP installer, it will let you play and download at same time
