Pandaria Client Launch Error

When I attempt to launch the client I currently get this error "Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910" after about 2-3 minutes of waiting. Any way to fix this?

I understand that this post "http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?322688-Issue-with-MOP-client" is about the same thing, how ever the solution posted in the post doesn't load for me so I unfortunately need to create a new post and I apologise to the Moderators/Administrators for this.

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
