1. E-mail problems, aswell as account lost in the end.

    Didn't know where to post this.
    But as you are helping people more to get theyr accounts back at this hard time, ill write to. I didn't make ticket, cuz can't really write in it about that.
    Remember when molten made 2-step authetication? Well than they made that only gmail could register, but back in the day 2012 i think i started playing (cata wasnt out jet) i made account and it's e-mail was from my country inbox.lv . Well when gmail appeared, my account lost e-mail, but now when im back for some time, i can't get back my password, beacues i don't have a e-mail.. As i haven't playd for while on it, it should be like almost a year i havent playd it. i want to get my old account back.
    It's forum name is - Laaa
    I can tell anything you want about that account , if you need some eviedence it's mine.
    It's my first account and a donator aswell, should have a lot of coins, but i don't want to miss them out :/

  2. You can't recover your account through a post in the forums. You'll need to use https://www.molten-wow.com/recovery/ . If it doesn't works, you will then have to open a ticket on the website with another account and wait for a response.

    I have tryd the recovery thing, aswell i think they don't help in ticket section about cases like this?
    Close them imidietly?

    The website ticked section is for this, they removed all other sections from the website ticked so that they'd focus only on lost account issues.

  5. Help! I'm not receiving the email containing the code, so I can't turn on email 2 step auth
    - We only officially support @gmail.com email addresses, as these have 100% success rate for delivery
    - If you are not using a gmail email, consider changing your email to gmail via the account settings page
    - Email providers other than gmail have less than 30% delivery rate due to blacklists, spam reports and other things.... i dont recive anything on my email using yahoo i cant get in my accoun becouse 2 step auyhentication is on and i can not take it iff
