Pandaria Game wont open

Hello guys, today i downloaded the MoP client again (i didnt know the server was upgraded) and when i try to open the client from the wow.exe nothing happens, still i find the wow.exe running in the process list at the task manager of windows 7.

Any help there?

EDIT: i did the following and the game worked!

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
