I believe, it is too late for a merge. There was a period. However i am not sure, you may have to create a completely new character in order to play here.

Too late to merge the Accounts, that said right now on Blackrock ( old At Wotlk) the gear is all free, so als Wrathful, this means wit the "Pick a spec NPC" ( new nam of old Tamplate Npc) you can re-create all your old Chars in less than a minute
