change realm from cata to mop

Hello!

I am not playing on cataclysm realm anymore because i have lost interest in it since i have been playing it for so long and the very fast decrease of population. Now i would like to move to mop but unfortunately for me the suggestion of a merge between mop and cata has been denied. Now i want to know why warmane doesnt give us the possiblity to change from an old expansion to a newer one for coins/points

It would be the best if they would just abandon one of the expansions... It's hard to manage too many realms... Ofc, I prefer MoP, but even if it's MoP that they would abandon, I would be fine with it, cause it would mean that other expansion can get better attention from developers. This way, even though lately they are trying, neither one is getting enough...

having donated , and getting bored of cata, a free 1 character transfer to MOP would be a good shout to keep people here, as for now Im just bored of cata.

Yes I would absolutely love to move my characters to mop but they denied they merge because some people wrote hate comments about the idea. A poll about a merge would be the only fair way to figure out if people actually want those realm to go together :)

you need to keep in mind that the cata people are only playing warmane just because of that expansion and they still really enjoy it. it would be way more populated if they would abandon cata and transfer it to MoP thats not the question.. but there are also other negative aspects as i already mentioned before.

There is no need for merge... When I moved from WOTLK, I went trough gearing and leveling just as same as every other player did... Even on retail, with new expansions you start all over, why should it be any different here? They just need to choose which one to shot down... and like I said... even if MoP is to be closed, I'm fine with it... If they focus on either one, they can make it as good as WOTLK relatively fast ... this way, both realms lose...

DUDE IF YOU WANT TO PLAY MOP GO ****ING PLAY MOP... DOn't try and bring up a poll about a merge just because YOU want to go MOP... NOTHING is stopping you from making a new toon on MOP, jesus.

Bored with cata? Create a new toon on MOP as simple as that. I play both expansions and enjoy both of them.

Yep let us transfer then i will leave your beloved dead cata realm which is in the worst state possible alone and can enjoy warmane again because i created my chars on cata when it had double as much players as it has now and its not fun anymore like that and im not leveling 8 chars again for sure.
