Pandaria game wont load

When i log in everything goes fine until i get in game. No vendors load, chat doesnt work, no other players show up, its just me running around with nothing but the landscape.

I have never had issues connecting before, I have great internet and I have deleted the cache.

Is this happening on all realms?
It might have been a temporal networking server-side issue on the realm or your firewall settings stuff (if happening to all).
