It's good to know, but it would be great that if there is a specific minimum time of the reset, so you can be confident in your calculations.

It is an automatic process. It's defined in server code how often server will do reset. But there is also a command that GM can use and do it manually from a in-game chat.

I dunno, probably they have something set on server to do it on it's on, unmanned. Same goes for dallies resets.
