Couldn't loot Head of Nefarian

Hey guys, just wanted to upload a video of Head of nefarian being unlootable in BWL after leading the raid for three hours through many wipes. https://youtu.be/u5MdDsIjJbw I would love for a GM to be able to do something about this since im a 60 twink and i really NEED the ring from the head quest.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Please excuse the druid who is accusing me of ninja looting a staff or something, ninja looting is not my thing and in fact i had a stickied ninja thread on the old lordaeron forums with over 50k views.

Well, GMs told me there was nothing they could do. Guess i'll try again next week @_@
