Technical How long does it take for someone to read ban appeal?

so i was banned while my acc was stolen for staff impersonation, and its been 3rd day since i posted ban appeal and still no one read it at all. the days are endless and i impatiently refresh the page every few minutes.

I can imagine you are impatiently,
From what i have read in the forums time and time again the staff gets loads of tickets/reports/appeals and they will answer them all but ban appeals have the lowest priority and can take several days. By the way how can it be that your account information got stolen? have you given out your account info to another person? Because i heard that if nobody has your account info and you have a two factor authentication it is much harder or maybe even impossible to steal your account.

Usually in few hours in my experience, but as far as I know, shouldn't be more than a day.

no i didnt have 2 step authentication, i considered it nuisance since i have never dealt with acc theft before. i got this coloured message which i tought was for all to see, which said that theres coin giveaway on Warmane-coin.tk ( do not fill the info ), well and i was stupid enough to log in since it looks so much like warmane. you can imagine what happened next.

thats the case for premium tickets, but ban appeals arent aparently important even tough bans are given at daily basis for various reasons. beside i think i have quite big chance to get unbanned if i have to say so myslef, if only someone read that ban appeal ...

Ban appeals have one of the (if not the) lowest priorities when it comes to tickets. I'd wager the vast majority of them are denied, since very very few are actually mistakes, while everyone banned goes open an appeal, even when they know they screwed up. The ban on your account, for example, was no mistake at all - the account was used to do what it was banned for. Whether it was you, you "little brother," your cat walking on the keyboard or someone who stole the account is irrelevant, since punishments aren't give to you but to the account. You screwed up, you (despite having an account since 2012) managed to fall from an obvious scam, and now you have to wait and hope your appeal is accepted.

From my experience, You are always responsible for what happens on the account and ban will not be lifted unless it has been very very long time since it is banned.

i know i said that i am aware that account security is my and my alone responsiblity, but man have a little compassion. everyone have their guard down at some point in their lives and make mistakes. when i was sent the link i was like: is that link legit?, when i opened it and saw the logo and all, i tought that it must be legit otherwise it would be put down for copyright.
