If you mean the quest where you got to get that tabard: it buggs when there's people interfering. Either you tell everyone nearby to please not click any of the laundry and hope they're listening, or you go try it when there's noone around. I chose the 2nd option when i did that chain.

You mean your battered hilt item is gone, but the quest did not turn in?
Weird.... anyway, open an ingame ticket (you can find that option underneath the red ? mark ingame).

Try to describe your problem there, and maybe (no offence) get someone to look at your english before you make the ticket.

Are you using google translate to post this? You could at least write name of the quest. If it doesn't work you are doing something wrong.
