Pandaria Glitched off map and stuck dead. Help!

As i was flying towards the Isle of Quel'Danas via flight master and i was afk during that flight by the time i got back to my PC i see that i'm dead, fallen off the map and in the middle of nowhere. lol Need someone with the power of unstucking people to lend a hand :D

The flight master in Quel Danas has been broken for months. Never use unless you are going somewhere towards ghostlands or the first mapped out area of Plaugelands. Disconnecting and or anything that hinders flight in Quel danas will seal your fate instantly.
You'll also be sent into an endless twilight zone, so unstuck is your best option if this happens.
