i like pirates costumes from blood sail buckaneer, so im doing grinding. now i wonder did anyone else do the same. cause i cant have quest avast ye admiral to complete my pirates costum. is this ach working or nope? if working plis share me some tips and info. thx

When I was working on it I tried everything there is to get it. Does not work.
I got the rep to exalted, did all the available quests but here is where I think I got stuck, you can't pick up the quest the NPC doesn't give it.
