Helo i have acount name Alexaridis888 ragnaros player i have to my acount email athediator enable when i enter to m acount i sue this athedicator but i cant collet any poits after i use it for many months i am stil 2.0 can any one help?

I am not really 100% sure what you meant with that, but have you logged in-game in last 24hours? if you haven't been online for a day, you can't collect points.

First off you need to log in to the game like Justmarried said, Secondly you need a minimum of 1k acheivement points, Different once, same achievement on 2 toons dosen't count.
