Technical Disconnecting every 5-20minutes

Hi guys

I am playing on Frostwolf and for the last 2-3 days i've been getting disconnected every 5-20 minutes.
It seems to stop during the night time , but during the day it it unplayable due to constant disconnections, it is only my wow that is getting disconnected, everything on my side is fine and ive gone through all my firewall settings and checked my wifi connections, im 90% sure the problem is on the game side.
