Hello, Bought a gun and now it wont activate ingame?
It just says im out of range but it wont shoot!

You can refund coin items within 24 hours.
However, I believe the problem is not with the weapon itself, does it happen the same with other ranged weapons?

Other weapons work like a charm! Just the donated one that won't shoot!

Try deleting cache, if it does not help just refund it.
By the way, which weapon is this?

How do I refound it since cache didn't work`? Is it a instant or a waiting process? Since I worte the ticket ingame 4 hours ago an it says "Approximate time remaining 60 min" and when It get to 50 it just resets!
Kind of frustrating since the previous weapon is sold.. Since I figured it would't be a problem with this one!
[Hateful Gladiator's Rifle] is the one I ordered.

Use the link in Zeltas post to make a support ticket on website to refund it. Ticket in game won't help won't help with that.
Was your previous weapon also a gun? Do you have ammunition for it? And are you trying to use spells that use ranged weapon?Edited: March 19, 2016

Previous wepon was a gun! Ofcourse i've tried my ranged spells/switch/swap/wappadodeldo.
Is it a waiting prosses or will I be able to play tonight?

You would still have to wait for someone to read the ticket. They won't give you back your previous weapon so you will have to get new one anyway.

If you used bow/crossbow, be sure to buy bullets and equip them, cuz u know u cant use arrows ammo for gun. :D
