stuck in scatlet enclave

guys i have a big problem on wow 4.3.4
me char (thunderchaos) is inside the scarlet enclave but there ar no pps inside
no gryp only a vendor but i can't geth back down so i can't play any further

send in an ingame ticket, a GM should be able to port you down to your quests

3 easy to fix steps:
1. Delete Char
2. Make new char.
3. Destroy Scourgestone that's in your bags.

i have send a ticket to gm and he replyed that he teleported me to the lower level but i was still standing on the same place

im havin the exact same issue. Nothing helps, stuck function/hs/have group will travel, tried all nothin to do. Stuck on the one floor in the dk castle. And cant even use the portal from one floor to another. No npcs either, besides the vendors.
