Cannot open a ticket besides Ban appeal tickets.

Hello sir,

Well i tried to open a ticket, but all i can do is open up a ban appeal ticket, yet my problem is related to my character not having all the needed spells.
Here's the ticket i was going to send (but obviously did not as its not a ban appeal)

Heya,

Well I recently leveled up a shadow priest, and noticed that I am missing a majority of priest spells.
I already double checked if i can learn them at multiple trainer, unfortunately this was not the case.
I cannot list all those spells, for there are too many according to this website http://www.wowhead.com/class=5/priest

Is there any way to fix this problem?

if you miss some spells then open a ticket in-game

if you are new to Cata and shadow priest before to claim missing some spells log on Warsong, it is an instant lvl 85 realm and check the Shadow priest spells to be sure
