Pandaria Cant change faction

i cant change faction from horde to alliance i have 30 coins and got the service for changing faction and i have when i press it in race list i i press the icon then i i press all options and i press finish and i press yes then it says Uptading faction it take long time i think is bugged or something

if it takes more than 2-3 mins then restart the client, your Character should be in the new faction now
