    i cant create new characters on any server

    Hello
    I have a problem with my account i cant create new character on any server ts say
    "Error creating character"
    What i have to do about that?

    randomize the look of your Character until you can succesfully create it.
    Your problem is becasue you are selecting some new look introduced with WoD ( you got a Wotlk with WoD models)
