1. Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments

    Hello Warmane,
    Few hours ago I made payment , donation 30 euros and I bought royal scepter hc.
    When I refreshed the website my account was banned and it said " Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent payments "
    I can show you all prof of my debit card , if you can somehow undo my payment so I can try again I 'd be thankfull.
    I have opened support ticket and sended mail, when its gonna be fixed?

    They asked me if I want to remove coins and item for unban and I replyed with yes I do, do whatever is needed to unban me.
    Im waiting for their responde 17 hours. Is that normal?

    Depends on their workload.
    As long as the ticket remains open it means that they are either gathering more information about the case or simply that they are having plenty of inquiries to attend.
