When you spend 40 coins to purchase a profession with all recipies, i have found that you don't get all of the recipies. According to one of the "customer support" people in charge of answering tickets "it's only intended to state all recipes in-game. Unobtainable recipes not deemed 'over the top' are also included in the service". What does this mean? well simply that you pay 40 coins for all the recipies but you only get the ones that you can obtain on your own in-game and the ones that you can't make because you need other unobtainable recipies to make it (i'm looking at you dark iron bars).

I had originally noticed that i was missing recipies when i was using an addon called altoholic that will mark all of the recipies you have with a green check mark, and all of the ones you do not with a red X. Having seen that i was missing some blacksmithing recipies i looked up how to obtain them. It seems most if not all of the recipies from cata that i was missing were from molten core (a place that will take a very long time for poor George, our cata dev, to get to. These recipies are: Brainsplinter, Masterwork Elementium Spellblae, Pyrium Spellward, Witch-hunter's harvester, Unbreakable Guardian, Elementium-edged Scalper, Lightforged Elementium Hammer, and Masterwork Elementium Deathblade.

Thinking that there was a problem when i got the recipies, i made a ticket on the website in hopes of obtaining the recipies that i paid all those coins to get. What i was met with was multiple replies from the same "CSR" basically telling me each time "either delete your blacksmithing and get your coins back, or wait. that's your only options".

In my opinion, this is a very unsatisfactory answer due to the fact that when you purchase the recipies it states the following:

Learning a profession and recipes costs 40 Coins and provides:
- Profession including all ranks
- Max skill level for the selected profession
- All recipes or spells for the selected profession

Nowhere does it state that you will only get the recipies that you can obtain by farming, or the recipies that you can't even use because we dont have access to smelting dark iron ore without spending another 40 coins.

I play on the realm Neltharion and made a character on the insta-85 realm Warsong as a test. On Warsong i talked to the NPC that can teach you professions and learned blacksmithing and checked for those recipies. They were there. What that tells me is that i was refused what i had purchased not because it wasn't able to be done, but because they simply didn't want to go through the hassle.

So my questions are these:

1) Why would you sell something and refuse to give it when somebody notices they've been lied to?
2) Why is there only one customer service rep. that is answering tickets?
3) After having been trying to get this taken care of for over a week now, why hasn't someone at least changed it from "all recipies" to "all convenient recipies"?
4) Why am i still being refused to be given what i paid for?
5) Why is an NPC able to give me something on one realm that a GM cannot give me in another?
