I can't see my opponents in arena preparation

I haven't been playing for about 5 months so I'm not sure how it should work but at the moment during arena preparation I can't see any opponents. I remember I was able to check classes and specs before the arena even started. It was showing on the right side of my screen and it looked like blizz UI. Is this feature bugged or maybe my addons are causing this issue?

The bug started when we got 5.4.8, this goes for BG as well, in addition, to Alliance sometimes getting Horde Icon after 3 seconds vice versa for the Horde as well.

Same happens to Horde players, they get "Alliance" Buff sometimes by entering in Arena
I made a report about it but it has been flagged as "dismissed" by saying I was wrong and I might have got somewhere else that Buff.

I have noticed that alliance buff bug too but really didn't try to report it cause i knew warmane staffs would dismiss it... Like the rest of my reports that they dismiss and then another guy reports it and they confirm..
