Pandaria whats better in arena frost or unholy?

I always been thinking whats better in arena unholy or frost? unholy seems to do little damage but survive better and frost can blow up stuff but die easily please help ty

Unholy. It's stronger in survivability and this is really what you need in MOP.

However if you are runnning with a comp which will blow something up then go Frost.
