about "how fast", it depends on the Realm's rate.
Lordaeron is x1
Deathwing/Ragnaros x7
Blackrock instant Max lvl

About "how is level 90 here" I do not get what you wanna know. It is fun being lvl 80 here because eveything aspect of the Game works fine
