    Because of how screwy the last Darkmoon Faire was, I honestly have no idea. But it alternates between Elwynn Forest, Mulgore, and Terokkar Forrest. If you're on the opposite faction and don't feel like traveling to Mulgore or Elwynn forest just to check if it is up, make an alt and park them there.
