Pandaria camera jumping all over the palce

ok so i use my mouse all the time and just bought a new mouse to use well this was happening last night as well when i hold the mouse button down to change my camera view and follow me around it jumps all over the place and now im redownloading yet again because it fixed my issue last night but is there a way to fix this without having to redownload it ever time and also is anyone else getting this problem and if you did how the hell did you fix it its really aggravating.
