not enough coins to purchase this sale?

Today i wanted to buy gold on the trade section ( http://www.warmane.com/account/store )
I am selling gold on other chars and other realms and with the coins i earned i tried to purchase some gold on my alliance character on ragnaros.
When i try to buy gold for 5-6 coins i get a red message in screen that says: you don't have enough non-traded coins to purchase this sale.

Could somebody please enlighten me what this message means, because at this point i have coins which i cant spend

Coins that were obtained from trade can not be used in trade again.

Under services you can select coin gifting and you will see how many coins you can gift. If you only donated and obtained coins from trade then that number will be same as the coins that can be used in trade. But it will be different if you had coins gifted to you (gifted coins can be used in trade but not for gifting again) or if you had coins before we lost our chars and still have those coins (doesn't seem to be the case since it says your account was created after that).
