Technical Hold down right mouse it bugging out

i got the problem now recently and when i am holding down the right mouse it is bugging out all the time, i have no idea what the problem is, if it is the game or the mouse, i got a razor naga :/

Bugging out as in, not being held down properly? If it happens outside the game, most likely the mouse is faulty.
