What happened to the level 70 pvp vendor?

Changelog says the horde QM has it, but nothing is on the alliance one...?

You can't vote for fortitude of the scourge anymore.

Can we get this hotfixed on Ragnaros so we aren't forced to use borean armor kits? :(

The Scourge enchant shouldn't have been available in the first place. If you're unable to access the PvP enchant, feel free to use http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50337 in the meantime. If the item isn't on a vendor like it should be, report it in the bug-tracker.
If you're using it for a level 70 character, then use the Scryers/Aldor enchants and refer to what I said about the bug-tracker.
